We at Panjab FA celebrate International Women’s day (IWD) as an occasion to remind us all and continually work towards achieving gender equality and women’s empowerment but also to critically reflect on those accomplishments and strive for a greater momentum towards gender equality worldwide.
The call for greater protection and respect for women is central to work towards a better future and society. Crimes such as abusive, physical, mental and others such as human trafficking worldwide are heinous crimes we will forever be against.
We call on International organisations, government, public and private to further collaborate to bring people worldwide to protect all women as our own family.
Furthermore in our conviction to empower women in all societies, we announce the first Panjab national women’s team to commence this year 2024.
