Panjab FA CIC

Panjab FA CIC is a non-profit organisation building an environmentally sustainable culture in football.

A Community Interest Company is a limited company but with special additional features created for the use of people who want to conduct a business for the benefit of the community and not purely for private advantage. This is achieved by a “community interest test’ and “asset lock’ which ensure that the CIC is established for community purposes and the assets and profits are dedicated to these purposes.
This means that supporters, the general public and businesses are able to invest into Panjab FA CIC with community involvement at the heart of its aims.
